Common Questions
What you should know before booking
- Do package prices change by category (wedding vs. school vs. product)?
- No. The same package structure applies across all three service types. The only difference is location — weddings and school portraits are on location, while product sessions are conducted in studio.
- What does 'edited images' mean?
- Every delivered image is color-corrected, exposure-adjusted, and retouched to remove temporary blemishes and distractions. Raw or unedited files are not delivered separately.
- How are images delivered?
- Final images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery. You can download individual files or the full set at once. Galleries remain live for 90 days.
- What's your travel policy?
- Sessions within Thurston, Pierce, and King Counties are included at no extra charge. Travel outside these counties is billed at cost (mileage + any necessary lodging). Destination weddings are happily quoted as custom packages.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes — a 40% retainer is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your session.
